You can book online using the “Book Now” button or directly at the storage facility.

Booking online guarantees locker availability in advance, so you don’t risk arriving to find the facility full. Online bookings are limited to daily or multi-day rates (hourly rates are available only for on-site bookings). Once payment is made, you will receive an email with a personal code; simply enter this code at the kiosk by selecting the “Do you have an online booking?” option.

You can go directly to the facility most convenient for you, view available lockers, decide how long you wish to use one, and pay for the hours of use immediately via debit or credit card.

No problem—your belongings will remain safe. You will simply need to pay a surcharge to reopen your locker.

Our customer care team is available daily during the facility’s opening hours. Each facility is equipped with an intercom that allows you to contact us for assistance. You can also reach our customer care team via the channels listed on the individual facility pages (email, phone, or WhatsApp).

Absolutely. You personally place your luggage inside the booked locker and lock it. Only you will know the personal code required to reopen it. Additionally, our facilities are under 24-hour video surveillance; our operations center monitors the premises and intervenes if necessary. The service always includes insurance coverage of €300 per locker in the event of theft or damage.

All our storage locations close overnight. Make sure to collect your luggage before closing time; otherwise, you will have to wait until the location opens the following day.

Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
